William: Thanks David I have a Tiny Computer running Windows 98 with a bad CPU but a working hard drive. And I have a new Windows XP machine, a Dell Computer, and I want to take data from my broken Windows 98 machine off to hard drive and somehow transfer to the Dell machine. Can you make any suggestions on how I should go about doing that?
David Lawrence: Sure you can take the hard drive out of the machine and either put it in another computer in a second bay and get the data that way. Or you can put it in an enclosure you know a power supply in a case and plug that into the XP, either way it*s going to take some effort, either some sweat equity getting into another computer and then networking the two computers together. Or going to the store and grabbing a hard drive and or at enclosure and a power supply for about 60 bucks and doing it that way. And then just plugging into the machine as the F Drive or the G Drive or whatever you want and then you can transfer the data right over.
William: Should I buy new set of hard drive one that*s designed for the Dell computer or will this Tiny Computer hard drive fit into the Dell machine?
David Lawrence: Well whatever form factor that is when you say Tiny, is it a 3_ inch?
William: No that*s the name of the computer manufacturers, Tiny.
David Lawrence: Oh it doesn*t matter, it*s actually*
William: I think 3_ inch.
David Lawrence: Yeah 3_ inch will fit just fine; you are good to go there, not a problem. Terry hello.
Terry: David thanks for taking my call.
David Lawrence: My pleasure, by the way I just got an Instant Message, what is the URL for About Time, it*s a arachnoid.com the only image other than screen shots on the whole site is a bunch of spiders, so there you go arachnoid.com, go ahead.
Terry: I am running Windows ME. I am using IE as the browser and I purchased a Panda Software as per your recommendations a few weeks ago.
David Lawrence: Right.
Terry: I really liked that it was working well for a while. It was in a last five days if I get into my browser, it works for like 5 or 10 minutes and then all of a sudden it quits running.
David Lawrence: What do you mean it quits running, it won*t go to anymore sites?
Terry: Yeah, it won*t go to anymore sites, but you can still get into like MSN Messenger if you are there but you can*t get into the browser.

Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
