David Lawrence: I am not sure, okay now let me just, to make sure I understand what*s going on here.

Jennifer: Yes.

David Lawrence: You are not, you didn*t do a complete backup and ----?

Jennifer: No I do have a complete backup in Retrospect and I also backed up all the files you know 5 different ways just in case one system didn*t work.

David Lawrence: So why don*t you just do a restore?

Jennifer: Well I did and I didn*t have, it*s saying I don*t have any snapshots even though I can see the snapshots and I you know click on it, it doesn*t select them.

David Lawrence: Okay now are you looking at the right directory when you are saying you have snapshots?

Jennifer: Yeah, yeah it*s looking at the current one that I backed up you know last night at midnight.

David Lawrence: Wow.

Jennifer: So I don*t know. I thought I will call back just to make sure everything is in order. But I have on my files the one thing that would be the easiest not to have to retype in. It*s my network preferences that have all the different million places I have to put my computer into and all IP addresses that all the computer departments have given me.

David Lawrence: Yeah so alright, so let me back up a second. You are looking to do when you do your restore, what did you choose for your restore? Did you choose files and folders or did you choose ---?

Jennifer: Yes I was going to choose files and folders but when that wasn*t working pretty well I just would kind of restore everything.

David Lawrence: Yeah that*s what you are going to do.

Jennifer: And then it asked to pick up snapshot you know and you restore the entire disk the next step is asking for that snapshot.

David Lawrence: Well, that*s certainly, those certainly should be absolutely available to you the moment that that step comes up. So yeah I will call the dance is in order.
