www.onlinetonight.com. The Maxtor OneTouch and it is a remarkable hard drive. It*s great. It really is. So let*s get back to the phones. 180039 online, 1800396. Well here hold on before we do that, before we get back to the phones perfect instant message from Man in Ill. I am assuming Illinois. What if your machine has a virus and you backup the machine and the virus also gets backed up? Again you go to a snapshot that was taken by the backup system prior to your infection with the virus. Now this can also be accomplished using restore points and using go back and so on. But in this case you actually have the data on a separate drive and it*s protected. So you determine when that virus infection occurred and then you go back and restore from a previous dated snapshot. That*s the joy of having these multiple snapshots. In the old days you would just backup the new stuff and it would replace whatever was there before. The problems there yes you can backup bad data, virus laden data, data that was malformed, data that was put on bad you know tracks and segments on your hard drive. So that*s exactly why I insist that you do this, that you educate yourself in doing this. Back to the phones. 180039 online, Brendan.
Brendan: Hello David I am new listener on XM and I am really enjoying the show.
David Lawrence: Thank you. I appreciate that.
Brandon: I just have a quick question. I might get your opinion on some internet radio, some sort of software. I like to setup internet broadcast however I have Windows XP. I have got a cable modem and David I don*t want to spend too much on this because I only want to broadcast maybe 2-3 hours a night.
David Lawrence: Well you won*t spend anything if you, I will give you advice on how to spend zero. So it doesn*t matter whether you are broadcasting 24X7 or 2-3 hours a night. I would suggest that you check your terms of service with your internet service provider because even broadcasting 2 or 3 hours a night could be against their terms of service in terms of the amount of bandwidth that you consume. But when we come back I am going to talk to you about all that you need to get your internet radio station up and running. Now I*ve got a question for you. Would you prefer to Podcast or would you prefer Real Time Streaming?
Brandon: Real Time.
David Lawrence: Alright. We will get to that when we come back. My name is David Lawrence. The name of the show is Online Tonight. Our toll free number 80039 online.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
