Bill: Hi, Dave. I enjoy your show it is very informative.

David Lawrence: Thank you.

Bill: I got a question that related to the topic of recovery and when its not, first one is I have some files that accidentally erased off my hard drive. And it was in the program files folder and I erased the whole folder so, instead of it sending to Recycle Bin it just erased it from the machine. I have like an office running software and like having those files.

David Lawrence: Yeah just because it is in the Recycle Bin even if the Recycle Bin has been emptied doesn*t mean that the files aren*t still there. Did you stop using your computer immediately?

Bill: Yeah.
