David Lawrence: 180039 online, you want to say that, it*s a great number to have and keep it by your computer or keep it by cell phone or you know just plug it in there, just put me in your address book you can dial a set, when we are on the air. You can also listen to the show 6 nights a week you know the weekend show some of the stations carry the week night show as well, some do not and we do the show the David Lawrence Show all throughout the week. Go over to the website you can see all the different things we actually on Thursday night had Rex Pickett on. Rex is the guy that wrote Sideways, he wrote the novel on, which Sideways is based and boys he his a happy guy right now. Sideways one of the best films of the year and nominated for the Oscar for best film, he is afraid he probably won*t win it because you know it*s younger material in the Oscar committees trying to go for films that are more classic and mature like The Aviator what he think is going to win. Rex is a fascinating guy. He is a guy who was 6 hours away from being evicted out of his apartment. When he got the call from his agent that Alexander Payne wanted to make Sideways and do a movie. So talk about it*s always darkest before the dawn and now it*s a fascinating interview to listen to. I asked him questions like so have any old girlfriends look job you know, anybody who treated you poorly in the past, met you at parties and try to avoid talking to you. I mean you know that and you know whether or not the book was based on him it*s interesting, it*s worth looking at. Onlinetonight.com will get you over to all the shows that we do and you can download the audio as well pretty inexpensive to do that. 8 minutes after the hour my name is David Lawrence I have got a bunch of instant messages and a bunch of E-mails to get you but first priority goes to calls, so let*s go to the phone. After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
