David Lawrence: Alright this hours* Bookmark This 9 minutes before the hour again the theme is blogging and this one is just near and dear to my heart. Mina and Ben Trot created out of whole clot movable type the blogging program that we use for Online Tonight for the David Lawrence Show for legal MP3 downloads.com. If I had to I would use it for Fantasy Music League I would use it for Net Music Countdown, but it*s great. It*s they have literally created the category of blogging software that you could install on a server. Now they also created something that you don*t need to have a server for it. But I also use for my acting blog at david.typepad.com. You can get your own blog there very inexpensive like $4 a month for the entry level thing. You don*t need to have a server you don*t need anything you just need a web browser. www.typepad.com and you can visit my acting blog I haven*t updated in the last couple of weeks but I will probably get it around to doing at this weekend only because I was called out on an audition this week in Drag and its worth putting the pictures up. David.typepad.com is where you want to go.
This portion of the show brought to you by the Fantasy Music League. I got a question here from a player Fantasy Music League of course the place where you can go and you can manage a fantasy label of artists five from each of five categories much like fantasy football or fantasy baseball. And you can win some great prizes; given away $25000 in cash and prizes. Question from Polly Pam who says if you switch an artist, you sign an artist and that artist isn*t doing well for as you switch them for another artist. Do you still keep the revenue that they generated while they were on your roster after they have been dropped? So in another words if you have you know Hillary Duff on your CHR artist roster and you drop her for Ryan Cabrera or for Kelly Clarkson or whatever you want. And up until a week or so ago you know Hillary Duff was making some money for you. That money remains yours; you don*t lose the money that they have earned when you switch the artist. Much like in the real world, if you had a record label and you dropped an artist and you signed another well all the money that you made from that original artist is still going to be in your coffers, you are not going to lose that. So, no you don*t lose any of the income when you switch artist from the artist that you are dropping and hopefully you will make more money from the artist that you are switching to. If you want to play the game it costs 30 bucks a season to do it. You win all kinds of great prizes go to fantasymusicleague.com.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
