John: It was probably a bad disc. I have burnt thousands of discs and I have had them go bad, the dye in that disc in most discs it goes bad in a matter of days--

David Lawrence: John, she was trying to playback a regular disc. She wasn*t trying to burn a disc.

John: I got you. She just said that she was trying to burn one over time.

David Lawrence: No what she was saying was, no she left the machine on overnight. See this is what happens if you are in the middle of the conversation what she said was she tried to put a regular old CD in to play it back. And her drive wouldn*t recognize it and in fact gave it an error saying you cant burn on this disc. So it wasn*t that she was trying to burn a disc, she was actually trying to playback a disc. So that*s why I said to check all those things that I said to check. Mack, you are online tonight with David Lawrence hello sir?

Mack: Yeah, hi how are you doing?

David Lawrence: Good, how can I help you?

Mack: I just have two quick questions. One is about page memory space in my computer.

David Lawrence: Swap file.

Mack: When I do a run dialog on it, I don*t have any Windows open or any pages open, it shows of using 300 megabytes of the space.

David Lawrence: And this is XP?

Mack: Yeah this is XP, it's like a year old XP. And I am wondering is that a virus that*s it is and that because of the viruses on the computer or *-

David Lawrence: Well it depends on how big your hard drive is? How big is your hard drive?

Mack: Well we have, I think it is 120.

David Lawrence: And it depends on what you run on regular basis, what kind of application do you use?

Mack: Well, pretty much I mean everything you know the only thing we use this for is you know Internet browsing. And I play games on it sometimes but it*s like when I check it, when I do the dialog it says that I don*t have anything else open and it's still like 300. So I mean that*s a lot--
