David Lawrence: Alright, it's 7 minutes past the hour. Thanks so much for tuning into the show. My name is David Lawrence and this is Online Tonight what we talk about here is anything having to do with the Internet with computers PCs, Macintosh, Linux, servers, websites, web servers. And we talk about immovable type just as easily as we talk about Windows XP, this is usually as we talk about Mac OS X. If you are really well developed in the world of computing, we love to talk your language but we really, really, really love people who are either new to computing or really look at computers as if tool rather than a lifestyle, we love helping those people up because sometimes things are really mysterious to them. And it's always fun hearing the *aha* moment when they go oh that*s what that mean, I get it. So if you got questions and you think well, I don*t ask anybody that I know because they will think I am really stupid, everybody knows everything about computers these days I know nothing. Feel free to call me and I will be happy to help you out. 180039 online, 18003966546, 180039 online.

I mentioned last hour this Betamax Case Replay that*s going on that is at least that*s the way everybody is positioning the Grokster case in front of the Supreme Court. For those of you that don*t know, the Supreme Court is reviewing the case brought against Grokster and other peer-to-peer websites for not only allowing but inciting people to steal music. And up until now you know the peer-to-peer community, they file there friends at the court saying this should be allowed and blah, blah, blah. And the other side of the coin, the publishers, the organizations like the RIAA and labels and MPAA and others that were in the copyright business filed there opposing brief saying this must be respected and this shouldn*t be allowed. Well now it's seems like the whole thing is getting a new look by both sides and it's swinging way over and favor of the RIAA, the kind of victory all that we have heard you know the record label suck and they got to be obviated and too bad if they can*t keep up with technology.

Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
