David Lawrence: I understand I understand so here*s the process you go to the World Intellectual Property Court the WIPO organization and they are based in Geneva but you can do this all online. So that*s pretty cool. So you go to wipo.int which is a very little known a top level domain that stands for International. So you go to wipo.int and you file a claim. Now it may end up costing you some money for legal representations so it*s really dependent upon how important this is to you. But if you can show that the person is not named your name and you know used an automated service to get your name and is now taking that domain name and sending people to gambling in porn sites WIPO doesn*t like that sort of thing. And chances are the party involved wont even show up to defend themselves because that would bring them out from under the rock that they live in you see. So if you can get WIPO to do that then you just go back to your registrar and say take it away I will take it now and let me remind you as we say on the show here all the time the best place to register domains the least expensive and with the most locking controls is godaddy.com. Now, I don*t like the fact that Go Daddy is not letting anybody from Rackspace anybody from Earthlink anybody from ServerBeach send the E-mail to their users and I am going to have talk with Bob Parsons about that but the fact of the matter is that that service their domain management service is the best. So when you do get it back go to Go Daddy and you might want to trying register your name.org or .biz or any other options are available just go to godaddy.com that*s what you got to do. It sucks it just sucks if that*s the case. You now especially if you got a common name like if his name was Eric Jones, well there are literally again thousands tens of thousands hundreds of thousands of people named Eric Jones and so when you type that in boom you are on a porn site you know Johnsmith.com. 180039 online is our telephone number 18003966546, Scott.

Scott: Yes I have a question for you. I am fairly a computer literate and I actually know a bit about what I am trying to do but it has been so long since I have tried to do it. My dad gave me his older computer which is like a 1 Giga Hertz 40 Gig stores of free space and I am just going to use it as a tool around to play along with but I wanted to it Linux 7.0 on it and I have seen the Bios in this thing I think it will be flashed but its kind of screwed up and it wont read the hard drive. What I want to is I know there is a way to make a Linux to boot disc using Windows but I have forgotten how to do it.
