David Lawrence: So basically they had used hold on they have used something like snap names to get there. Right?

Eric: Yeah today I had a fair amount of hits calling at the site and I guess he was able to track the site was in use so I was that when it was going to come out to expire and basically with in but I couldn*t even tell because of the time it took my computer to refresh with the information it was taking.

David Lawrence: Right I got it. And so what you are trying to do. You want to get it back?

Eric: Well I am wondering I guess what I can do or even if I can*t do anything or if it was legal or I don*t really know.

David Lawrence: Well you don*t have a trademark on your name so you could get a trademark on your name in fact Billy Joel in Chicago you know they all have trademarks and copyrights on their name and if you are well known the World Intellectual Property Organization Courts usually will award you your name certainly in the case of Madonna in the case of Julia Roberts. But are they enough not in the case of Bruce Springsteen. There was a how many Bruce Springsteen do you know. I mean I can think of six or seven ways Madonna could be claimed as being the most popular Madonna in the world certainly a catholic church might want to grab Madonna, the singer etc. I am sure there are literally thousands of not millions of Julia Roberts around the world but Bruce Springsteen not a lot of Bruce Springsteen, is that right? Bruce Springsteen was ruled against in his fight to get his domain name back from what*s called a Cybersquatter who has done the same thing. Grab the name and point it to a porn site. There was a guy in New Jersey who concentrated on getting celebrities and country singers and getting their names and pointing into porn sites until he was stopped by the prosecutor there. The US prosecutor after laws were passed that allowed that to take place. Now in your case probably not you know you are not a celebrity because you are not having your assistant calling. You are calling me yourself.

Eric: So I am not from a celebrity but I have some pretty important you know resume type information in it that people are accessing to that. I mean they use my name.
