David Lawrence: 8 minutes past the hour my name is David Lawrence. The name of the show the David Lawrence Show but you know who knew that that would be something that I could count on. We are here live at the Consumer Electronics Show on the floor at the Las Vegas Convention Center. And about as far away from the rest of the world as is humanly possible. How long did it take you to walk over here Dave?
Dave Chaimson: About 15 minutes.
David Lawrence: Yeah so where were you like in a normal position, South Hall?
Dave Chaimson: North Hall.
David Lawrence: North Hall so you are in the North Hall and it took you 15 minutes to walk here.
Dave Chaimson: Lot of people.
David Lawrence: Wow we are in the North Hall too, did you know that?
Dave Chaimson: I know.
David Lawrence: Yeah I know we are. We will just shy last bathrooms before you hit the deserts.
Dave Chaimson: Right.
David Lawrence: So when you need to go, it*s right around the corner here. We are actually below CNBC and MSNBC above us and we are here all 4 days. Actually the show is on for 4 days and then you will hear the final show on Monday night on many of these same great radio stations. We are talking now you tell me on this make sure I pronounce it properly is it Chaimson?
Dave Chaimson: Chaimson.
David Lawrence: Chaimson okay Dave Chaimson and Dave is headhunter dude of some sort at Sony. What is your official title?
Dave Chaimson: I am Vice President of Marketing.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
