David Lawrence: And this is the biggest difference between WAP and WPA is keys that are not static, they are transitive keys.
Frank Hanzlik: A variety of things, the biggest thing that you mention that people would really be aware of this yes, this whole issue of keys are static, they are dynamic so you can't really kind of package it them or access them. The other thing is with 802.11i and the WPA2 for the first time we have started using AES encryption, which is something that the federal government has used for years very, very robust, the highest level of commercially available encryption available and so that*s very well approved as well.
David Lawrence: Does that change the borders at which your Wi-Fi stuff stops I mean we have been very sensitive in United States about not exporting our most genuine and strongest encryption, so does that effect that at all?
Frank Hanzlik: Fortunately not, simply because this is the latest highest level of commercially available encryption and this is available all around the world. The government strictly has offered to step on top of this that they don*t let us use.
David Lawrence: Okay so when people go to get a device now should they wait for *n* or should they get on the bandwagon now and just maybe do a firmware upgrade. Are there devices that are upgradeable, I mean obviously we talk about Linksys and D-Link on the show all the time. They are probably the most mentioned when it comes to home routers. What should a consumer do right now?
Frank Hanzlik: So the reality is the solutions that are in the market today with A&G are offering capabilities of 54 megabits per second. Very, very fast.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
