David Lawrence: It*s not really running like a sloth but it*s slower.
Patrick Hinojosa: Yeah we have taken a proxy everything you have coming into the computer from the Internet, your IMAP and your SMTP and your HTTP and you want all that filtered because of the junk that*s out there.
David Lawrence: Right.
Patrick Hinojosa: Well, it*s going to be a little bit slower. So you are going to have to tailor the expectations a little bit to what you are doing on the computer and how much you want to be protected.
David Lawrence: Alright, I am not sure we are going to continue with Patrick. I have made my mind up here. I may go here on the French woman.
Patrick Hinojosa: Alright.
David Lawrence: It is the David Lawrence Show and we are live at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas and we are on the Convention Floor and if you are here over the weekend we would love to have you stop by. Thanks for tuning into the show. Stand by, more in just ahead.
David Lawrence here with a special announcement. In response to the tragic events following the earthquake and tsunami in South East Asia, America Online has joined with Network for Good to help raise funds for the dozens of relief agencies working to help meet the needs of people impacted by this disaster. You can help too. If you are interested in making a donation or in finding out more about how you can help please go to AOL keyword Asia-Aid.
David Lawrence: It is 21 minutes past the hour. My name is David Lawrence thanks for tuning into the show. We are live from The Consumer Electronics Show, CES. Live on the floor in the Northeast corner of the North Hall. And we are just below MSNBC and CNBC we have resisted every urge to jump up and down as they are shooting their b-role. And holdup signs you know like Inyala baba boo and stuff like that. So Patrick Hinojosa is with us with Panda Software and we have been talking about sort of the state of the art of performance and virus protection, what things are vulnerable, what are not. Obviously, 100% possibility that you will get compromised if you have no protection on the net like within minutes.
Patrick Hinojosa: Yeah 14 minutes.
David Lawrence: 14 minutes is the average.
Patrick Hinojosa: Yes.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
