David Lawrence: I don*t know if you ever drive by their building but realize that that is the gateway to the Ninth Circle of Hell. Now another cool thing about San Antonio is Rackspace is in San Antonio and you may from time to time be playing across Rackspace*s servers because they have more bandwidth than anyone in the known universe and it*s all flowing into San Antonio. In fact it used to be May east and the May west. San Antonio Rackspace is the #1 managed server place in the world.
Marcela: Wow.
David Lawrence: They have server space in San Antonio and Washington DC and in London that's where our servers are for the shows.
Marcela: That*s what we need for live play.
David Lawrence: Yeah exactly and they love that stuff I mean they have a lot of servers. Rackspace is sort of the upper-tier ISP. So when you guys play games you mostly play FPSs right?
Marcela: We are for an FPS clan that*s correct. Right now we might be expanding in some of the other games but at this point we are FPS. We talked to a representative from Konami why we are here actually and they are interested in us for some DDR Dance Dance revolution. There are some girls who love workouts on that so hey I am not going to hold them.
David Lawrence: When people say, what's your daughter, I have two daughters 9 and 12 and what*s their favorite game DDR I mean absolutely. So but there is a sort of a different approach when you are doing First-Person Shooter Games. I mean that is definitely a very aggressive approach to gaming. It is usually a man sport, a boy sport and I asked almost everybody yesterday I got a chance to talk to one of you but I asked almost everybody yesterday what the reception is like when people find out that you are women and the answer is rejection condescension, exclusion. Why?
Marcela: Well back when we first formed two years ago was in the first UC game. It was the first, First-Person Shooter that was on Xbox live because we are on Xbox live team and it was exactly what you were just saying. The first things were get back in the kitchen, make me a sandwich I bet you are 300 pounds with a moustache.
David Lawrence: I can assure you Amber has removed whatever moustache you may have and is much, much less than 300 pounds and is not in the kitchen.
Marcela: Actually--
David Lawrence: But I wouldn*t mind if you made me a sandwich.
Marcela: Oh I thank you maybe I will someday.
David Lawrence: There you go, so you were saying--
Marcela: And they just say that and that was kind of*

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
