Laura Burstein: He is motioning to somebody?

David Lawrence: That alright -- she is on the phone so she won*t hear but that*s the one.

Laura Burstein: We are just saying*

David Lawrence: Check out the size of the shoes.

Laura Burstein: We are just saying tall drink of water booth babe with nice bong line in the back too.

David Lawrence: This is the Monday night show right. Okay good, we are fine.

Laura Burstein: Come on FCC fine me.

David Lawrence: No, no please they won*t fine you they will fine my radio station.

Laura Burstein: If they fine you for saying that, God save us.

David Lawrence: Do you, are you active at all about this FCC thing I mean is this really bother you as much as it bothers me. What going on with the FCC?

Laura Burstein: I mean I am a follower of ShopTalk just like you know lot of us are and its I don*t even want it get into it because I am just in the turning --

David Lawrence: Why, we do it all the time. We have called what was the last thing you wanted to send a Michael our developer over, t would be a twofer, for us because number one it would be, yeah

Laura Burstein: Well the quarter of the day in ShopTalk I mean last night the issue was you know the media is supposed to be watchdogs not lapdogs.

David Lawrence: Yeah, nice.

Laura Burstein: And you know President Bush is renting the first amendment instead of protecting it. This whole paper comment, the scenario that we have going right now is pretty disheartening.

David Lawrence: Well there is certainly a chilling effect going on and the fact that radio stations still interfere with each other late at night because the power isn*t being watched properly by the FCC which is really their main mandate is to be technically overseeing the signals in the country. And all of a sudden we have got Jonathan Adelstein who is supposedly a democrat. And Michael Copps and Boy commissioner Kevin Martin deciding that they are going push hard despite what Michael Powell says push hard to overlay broadcast standards on subscription services. So that now even the sopranos can*t swear and stuff. What were you going to do? You were going to send somebody over for some--
