Laura Burstein: It*s through the mom. So I am just full of contradictions.
David Lawrence: You can be, you know I mean you can always claim it.
Laura Burstein: That*s true I mean culturally I guess I am but not religiously.
David Lawrence: I am sure you do this already but when you are pursuing a career in entertainment it's always good to just use it you know just you know don*t reveal the fact that you are not Jewish.
Laura Burstein: It depends on who it is because I have actually known Jewish people who like their management to be Jewish but not their talent because it doesn*t appeal to --
David Lawrence: To the rest of the world.
Laura Burstein: To the Red States or something.
David Lawrence: They are going the Red States. You know I think the Red States kind of like the Jews.
Laura Burstein: Do you think so?
David Lawrence: I think their money.
Laura Burstein: But I don*t look Jewish I don*t know if there well anyway.
David Lawrence: So there you go but you have got the nice sparkles going on there. Was that like a last minute condition or did you just get up with it.
Laura Burstein: I am trying to over compensate for too many nights of staying up too late drinking and not getting enough sleep and I figure if I have got dark circles under the eyes maybe if I put some glitter on top of the eye does it work no probably not. It's radio, that*s a good thing.
David Lawrence: I am just letting it sink in so relax its fine. That*s good yeah especially under these lights, these lights that cast a yellow color on everybody. I mean these are just horrible. So what have you seen at the show that you liked?
Laura Burstein: I was really into a lot of the iPod stuff the third parties.
David Lawrence: That is the watch word of the show.
Laura Burstein: The third parties that are making the connection kits for the cars I think it's really great. It*s about time, just cool cases. I mean I am it's like I told Scott yesterday on our show everyone*s covering the big TV and the little MP3 players and I was just kind of out looking for the smaller stuff the kind of every day things that you can sort of total around with you.
David Lawrence: Anything really goofy that you saw that you think well why is this here?

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
