David Lawrence: Hi Ken.

Ken: I have a small problem I have hard drive that drop down. it had lost its Windows 32 system so I had put in the new hard drive, loaded my XP and as I am starting to put in on my software and everything. Everything*s running completely slow and including my browser. I try to put on my home page and its taking roughly as probably about 30 to 45 second before it even recognize this what page its going to go to.

David Lawrence: Wow.

Ken: And it*s taking up to almost a minute, two minutes before it will upload the page.

David Lawrence: So let me backup a second, your hard drive crashed.

Ken: Yeah it crashed it won*t even bring, it wouldn*t let me format it to reload my Windows or anything.

David Lawrence: Okay so you took the original CDs with your machine and you reinstalled Windows XP is that correct.

Ken: Right.

David Lawrence: XP is what you have.

Ken: Yeah XP Home.

David Lawrence: XP home okay and you registered it, everything went smoothly with that.

Ken: Yeah.

David Lawrence: Okay and then did you start to add your new applications back on or what happened was there--?

Ken: The only thing I have right now in there is the Windows XP and then I personally like using the different web browser.

David Lawrence: Firefox.

Ken: I use Firefox

David Lawrence: Yeah good so okay.
