Mike: Yes.

David Lawrence: Okay they maybe trying to get you to upgrade and not Internet Explorer but upgrade to more expensive version of Hotmail. Is that basically what the pop ups says?

Mike: No there doesn*t seem to be anything about upgrading. It*s just a matter that again it just comes up Web Browser Software Limitation.

David Lawrence: And what is the delay? How long is the delay?

Mike: Well it*s until you click on the button that says continue using hotmail.

David Lawrence: So the actual phrase is web browser.

Mike: Software limitations.

David Lawrence: Software limitation okay, well I will tell what I will do I will go and check the Microsoft Knowledge Base and if there is anything about it. Keep listening to the show and I will relate it to you, how is that?

Mike: Okay and one that maybe this is an easy one I am using a Dell 4600 that*s got you know the Stand By feature on it rather than shutting down. And just you know having a restart every time you know just go in a Stand By so that it*s much easier to restart next time you want to use it.

David Lawrence: Right all Windows have that.

Mike: Right, right okay number 1 there is no problem with over using that too much. Okay and number 2 it*s normal though that sometimes you are going to have to restart because certain programs are going to function that it*s going to just need to reboot.

David Lawrence: Yeah its not it is not an exact sign, so it would be great if all programs are very graceful when it came to shutting or to sleeping which is what that is, hibernation.

Mike: Right.

David Lawrence: But unfortunately they are not and especially if you are at the middle of the disk operation. So you want to be careful when you sleep the best time to do it is after you shut down a program or stop saving a file or whatever. If you do it in the middle of something like that or you log your machine is going out and getting mail or something like that you may experience a bit of an issue. But it supposed to handle all of those situations at the very least to wait until it can safely sweep before it actually does whether it does that or not again it*s an art still not a science.

Mike: Right and your suggestion for Goggle to solve problems has been very helpful but this one that I talked you about earlier this hasn*t come up with anything. So thanks a lot for that.

David Lawrence: I appreciate I will go look in Microsoft and I will let you know, alright.

Mike: Thank you so much.
