I erased the settings and content of my 3G pwnd phone. When I tried to restore to the pwnd firmware, I had iTunes 8.0.1 installed and that would not restore the pwnd firmware. I am able to restore to the stock apple firmware, so I have a working phone. I tried downgrading iTunes to v.7.7 but received an error from iTunes saying that I had to use iTunes 8 to mount the iPhone. I had deleted the iTunes8 prefs and Library.
