Space 15 Twenty is built around one-off fashion installations, art exhibitions and emerging labels. And that's just for starters. Urban Outfitters is turning the mini-mall into a scenester hangout. Picture a sleek tapas bar, chic sneaker boutique and art book store instead of Payless, Quiznos and Hallmark.

Fort Wayne police investigated two robberies Tuesday on Coldwater Road on the city's north side. One of them appears to be gang-related. The first robbery, at the Centennial Wireless store at 8822 Coldwater Road, occurred just after 7 p.m. when two men robbed an employee at gunpoint, police said.

Another business in Chico is shutting its doors. The Quiznos Sub Shop on East 20th Street is no longer open for business. Each Quiznos location is individually owned. The other two Chico locations, on Mangrove and Cohasset, will remain open.
